These Terms and Conditions apply to Victory Lap (the “Event”), hosted by RCR Media Group Pty Ltd ACN 658 576 571 trading as Sport Design Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”) at Brisbane Powerhouse (“Venue”) on 7–8 July 2026.

These Terms and Conditions forms a binding contract between us and each person who has either registered or enrolled (or been registered or enrolled) to attend the Event, or has been invited by us to attend the Event (“Attendee”, “you”, “your”).

  1. Acceptance

    1. By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    2. If you are registering on behalf of another person, by doing so, you warrant that the attendee has been informed of and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
    3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. Your attendance of the Event will be deemed acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.
  2. Event Registration

    1. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
    2. Your ticket entitles you to access only the Event and sessions specified in your ticket type.
    3. Each ticket admits one person only.
    4. Tickets must not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple attendees without our prior written approval.
    5. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee by providing written notice to us prior to the Event at hello@victorylap.com.au
    6. . These terms and conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders.
    7. We reserve the right to refuse registration to any person at our discretion.
    8. Attendees are solely responsible for all expenses associated with attending the Event, including travel, accommodation, and personal equipment.
  3. Fees & Payment

    1. All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
    2. If payment is not received by the required date, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
    3. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and payment processing fees where applicable.
  4. Changes and cancellations

    1. We reserve the right at any time to:
      1. (a)modify the format, programme, content, location, timing or any other aspect of the Event;
      2. (b)postpone the Event or any part of the Event; or
      3. (c)cancel the Event or any part of the Event,

and we will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you as a result of or in relation to such modification, postponement or cancellation.

    1. Where possible, we will offer you alternative participation options.
    2. If the Event is cancelled, or we are unable to reschedule it to a date that is within 12 months of the original date, we will provide you with a full refund of any prepaid registration fees. Any refund (if applicable) will be made via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. 
    3. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled to a date that is within 12 months of the original date, registrations will automatically transfer to the new dates.
  1. Attendance

    1. When attending the Event, you must behave professionally and respectfully at all times, and comply with all rules and safety requirements of the Venue and all reasonable directions given by us or the Venue organiser.
    2. We reserve the right to inspect all bags and containers being brought into the Event venues and refuse entry to any person carrying any item that in our opinion is considered dangerous or prohibited.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse you admission to, or eject you from, the Event if, in our absolute discretion, you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or behave in a manner that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance.
  2. Photography, Video & Media Consent

    1. You acknowledge that you may be filmed, photographed and/or sound recorded individually or in a crowd scene by us, the media or any other person at the Event. 
    2. By attending the Event, you consent to use of photographs, videos, and recordings containing your likeness, image and/or voice by any means throughout the world for promotional, marketing, or reporting purposes without compensation.
    3. All Event content, presentations, materials, and recordings remain the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
    4. You must not record, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise publish, disseminate or reproduce any recordings (including photographic, video or sound recordings) of the Event without our prior written approval, except for private non-commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include licensing, merchandising, memorabilia, marketing or promotional purposes.
  3. Privacy

    1. We will handle personal information that we collect in connection with the Event in accordance with the Privacy Collection Notice and Privacy Policy, which also set out information about how to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, and how to contact us if you have a privacy enquiry or complaint.
  4. Liability & Disclaimer

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any loss, injury, damage, or expense (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the Event, however caused, even if we have been advised as to the possibility of such losses being incurred.
    2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Event is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or usefulness of any content presented.
    3. Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
    4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application of all or any of the provisions of Part 5-4 of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”), or the exercise of a right conferred by such a provision, or any liability of ours in relation to a failure to comply with a guarantee that applies under Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the ACL to a supply of services.
    5. If we are liable to you in relation to a failure to comply with a guarantee that applies under the ACL that cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for that failure is limited to a refund of any registration fee paid.
  5. General

    1. We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or public health emergencies.
    2. Any failure or delay by a party in exercising, in part or whole, any power, right or remedy conferred upon that party by these Terms and Conditions will not operate as a waiver of that power, right or remedy.
    3. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place and waives any objection that it may have that proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
    4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that provision will be deleted and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force.
    5. In these Terms and Conditions, headings are used for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
