We've had a bunch of people reach out to us on what the dress code is for Victory Lap. Ultimately, we've preached no suits & ties, but we want people to feel comfortable. We're at a sports creative conference, so we want people to express themselves. We've pulled together a Fits of VL26" Pinterest board for those looking for some inspiration.
To keep you up to speed with everything happening in the lead-up to the event, and across the two days, we've created a closed Whatsapp Group. Every person will be approved before being added into the group. The purpose of this group is to ensure you've got everything at your fingertips, and we can keep you informed of any changes or information important for your experience at Victory Lap.
The full two-day schedule for Victory Lap is ready to go. Take a look through and make sure you've got the details you need. Start and end times are all included so you know what times to put your phone on do not disturb! We don't anticipate there to be further changes, but there may be last minute changes so keep an eye on the schedule for any updates.
On the Tuesday morning, we will welcome you from 8:00am. Feel free to arrive early for registration, where you'll receive your access pass, collect your swag bag, and get yourself sorted with a coffee thanks to Merlo Coffee, ahead of a big first day. For anyone travelling straight into Powerhouse, there will be storage for luggage available and managed at the Powerhouse reception. Staff will direct you there.
*There are no physical or digital tickets required for registration. We have your details and will do an identification check on the day to register you and share your event pass.
In keeping with the theme of not another sports conference, we've got a number of activations to keep you busy throughout the breaks. We've got a Pop-up Pickleball Court at the front entrance - with social play and tournaments happening across the two days. We also have a number of photo moments - a dedicated photo studio, a Victory Lap branded selfie booth and big VL26 letters. Our friends at Unwanted FC also have a few surprises up their sleeves that are worth checking out at the merch stand. They're the best in the business for upcycled sport kit.
